Yes, we have a luggage room in our office to store backpacks and a safe for valuable personal items.

SERVICES
Yes, we provide electricity in the dining room and rooms during meals and also during the night from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. In the case of the Pampas we have electricity 24 hours a day.
All programs start at 08:30 and end at 16:30 in Rurrenabaque
Stay one night in Rurrenabaque and start the tour the next day

We only provide Wi-Fi in the Rurrenabaque office, in the jungle lodge there is no phone signal, only radio communication 3 times a day. In Pampas if you have a chip from a local operator (Entel) if there is a cell phone signal (sometimes very low) and you can use your own internet.
Only extra drinks such as beer, soda and wine, there are no snacks or other items for sale.
If you have accident insurance and also personnel trained in first aid and transportation available 24 hours a day to evacuate people in case of emergency.

We have 2 banks in the city enabled with ATMs to withdraw cash in local currency. (fie bank and union bank)
There are no official exchange houses and only American and Bolivian dollars are handled.
There are many shops that offer all the products necessary to take the tour and also high quality restaurants, hotels and places to visit.

The piranhas, alligators, lizards and anacondas return but we do not recommend swimming since there are fewer dolphins in this season and the water level in the river is very low.
